Event Volunteer Opportunities:
Set Up Crew: You'll provide a variety of set up assistance, from decoration setup to setting up check in table to tidying up. Active role that requires resourcefulness and ability to pivot.
Registration: You'll welcome guests, check them in, and provide a bid number.
Raffle and Games:
Data Entry: You'll be responsible for entering sales into Greater Giving throughout the night as the auction closes.
Checkout and Item Pick Up: You'll check guests out and provide them with a receipt for any purchases they made that night and assist in collecting auction items for winners.
